The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the lives, health and wellbeing of us all. As an Occupational Therapist I am aware of the ways we are having to change the way we access and undertake our daily activities.

People who have had COVID-19 frequently refer to feelings of fatigue, breathlessness, anxiety, memory problems and reduced exercise tolerance. Rehabilitation is key to recovery.

If you would prefer not to have face to face contact, I am able to provide virtual Zoom calls to discuss symptoms and strategies to help with rehabilitation.

Around 80% of calls to the Dementia Connect support line have been from people worried about the impact of coronavirus. (Alzheimers Society Special Report, June 2020)
